Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce


 
Mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil:

1/2 cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce*
2 cups water
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup plus 2 TBSP packed brown sugar
3 TBSP honey

Mix and add to sauce in saucepan:
1/4 cup cornstarch*
1/2 cup cold water

Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
*Argo and only a few other brands of cornstarch are not made on shared equipment. Be sure to check yours out to be on the safe side:) I bought my organic, gluten free Tamari soy sauce at Target.
