Lemon Cookies

Cream:

3-1/2 cups sugar

2 cups butter

3 tsp lemon extract

4 eggs

Add:

1-1/2 tsp salt

1-1/2 tsp baking soda

3 cups all-purpose flour

3 cups cake flour


Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes; brush w/lemon glaze
