Thai Chicken Pasta

 1-lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into large chunks

1 pkg frozen stir-fry veggies


8 ounces cooked fettuccine noodles


Seasoned chicken, stir-fry, add vegetables and cook until tender crisp. Add cooked pasta and pour sauce over to toss.


For Sauce, sauté:

2 garlic cloves, minced

Add and blend until smooth:

1 Tb. Oil

1 cup chicken broth

1 Tb lemon juice

1 Tb soy sauce

1 Tb light caro syrup

2 tsp curry powder

1 tsp paprika

5 drops (or more) hot pepper sauce


Bring to boil and simmer until slightly thickened .
